One-Pan Chicken & Potato Bake

Ingredients:
  • 4 bone-in chicken pieces (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh parsley
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place chicken and potatoes in 13x9 inch baking dish.

Pour dressing over chicken and potatoes; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180 degrees F.) Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Substitute: To switch up the flavor, replace the potato wedges with sweet potatoes or acorn squash.
